Tearing this shovelhead apart has been fun. I've been learning a lot doing so. Working on this big twin is much different than the Sportster.I had to source a clutch hub puller from Kirby who is going to stroke this motor to 96 inches. I'll probably take the motor up to his shop this week.
I'm still trying to decide who is going to hard tail the frame for me. Irish Rich is on the top of the list hitherto. Dave gave me a lead on someone closer than Colorado to do the work.
I also had no idea that an electric impact wrench existed! I picked up one of those and made life a little easier.
